  • 3 years training time (reduction possible)

Yes, we pay account management fees, capital-forming benefits from the seventh month of employment as well as collectively agreed holiday pay. 

Our qualified job training managers and training responsible provide high training qualification. Full-time professional teachers support the dual-system by assisting our apprentices in vocational schools.  

 

 

Individual Job Descriptions

Inudustrial Managment Assistant

The industrial management assistants are responsible in the company for planning, implementation and monitoring of various commercial tasks. They are in contact with suppliers and customers. They plan purchases, conclude purchase contracts and process orders. They buy raw materials at favorable prices, secure sources of supply and sell the finished products. In addition there are responsible for tasks in personnel, controlling, accountancy, logistics and data processing issues.

Conditions:

  • Degree of the business school for economics and management (2-years)
  • Good English
  • IT Knowledge
  • Committed team working

Vocational School

  • Vocational College in Kall, Eifel
  • 1 – 2 times per week

Possibilities for further training after the apprenticeship

  • Accountant CCI
  • Bachelor of Business Administration CCI
  • Marketing Specialist

Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology

The main tasks of a process technician are re-tooling and optimizing the machines as well as checking the product quality not only for the production release but also during the whole manufacturing time. If problems occur, the process technician should solve them. His main goal is to improve the production process and to reduce the cycle times.

Conditions:

  • Secondary school graduation or tenth grade
  • Good numerical comprehension
  • Technical comprehension
  • Physical fitness
  • Technical skills
  • Interest in information technology

 Professional School

  • Mies-van-der-Rohe School, Aachen
  • 1 – 2 times per week

Warehouse Logistics Specialists

The specialists in warehouse logistics are working in the area of the logistical planning and organization. Their tasks are the goods receipt, storage, packing and loading for customer shipments and transport organization. Furthermore the specialists are responsible for inventory controls, loading lists and shipping documents and have to meet job-related requirements in terms of handling IT systems and knowledge of working safety and environmental protection, etc.

  • Technical comprehension

  • Foreign languages
  • IT skills, team player
